Before making a plstic mold design, we study the crate charactor by software about how the loading capacity, where is the weak point, how to avoid the short-coming of a plastic crate loading design. We can forcast the plastic crate components strength and capability after molding. It saves much time and avoid risk of crate mold building failure.

Crate Moldflow Analysis
In additional to crate strength analysis, loading capacity analysis, we also give plastic crate model analysis to improve injection mold building process. Such as moldflow software application for crate mold injection point and gate entrance. This is to help very smooth injection during plastic molding crate process.

We have spcialized in crate mold design in very detailed water cooling system, hot runner system, mold anti-wear system, guiding system for plastic crate molding. Therefore, the crate mold can last longer lifetime and durable working condition.

Crate Tooling QC Control
After all pre-engineering work, we move on to the tooling control process. Fancytech choose high speed tooling equipment to make precision finish of crate mold parting line, to guarantee thinwall crate mold can injection molding smoothly without high pressure and at the same time can be without flash and burrs. Cooling system we choose deep hole drilling to make all cooling channel fast cycle and clean finish.
