We make high standard mold charactor for meet high level performance requirement. With application of HUSKY , HASCO or YUDO hot runner valve gate syste, 2083 imported steel and moldmax for high speed cooling. Our tub mold and round container can run IML technology with cycle time of 5s.
It is suitable for European level injection machine high speed model like BMB, NESTAL, ANGEL brand and so on. Mold lifetime we can give is 10M shots and 1 full year production.
