New mold IML 1L molding solution is finishing final trial in HMD ' s Factory high speed HD308 IML molding machine.
The cycle time can reach 7s without IML. 8s with IML molding finish.
Mold is made of valve gate system, product weight 35g.
Customer is happy to see the full production line IML molding running and is placing more order with Fancy Tech.
Thanks to Fancy's team hard working, the IML can work for lid and box at at the same time and change of robot system from lid to box only takes 10min. This is very high efficiency solution in the IML robot field.
The total production time is only 55days from Order.

Fancy Tech shipped 2cavity bottle crate mould in 2025, nowadays, we send engineer to customer plant to do maintenance and mold investigation. Customer had great feedback in South Africa Plant. Mold is running on Krossmaffei 1000T high speed injection machine. It is running cycle time of 35s with chiller and very smooth and high performance. Customer gave FancyTech great awards and will have more and more cooperation in 2026.
