New mold IML 800ml tub mold is finishing final trial in Fancy ' s Factory high speed IML molding machine.
The cycle time can reach 5s with 4cavity IML molding finish.
Mold is made of 4cavity YUDO valve gate system, product weight 23g.
Customer is happy to see the mold running and is placing more order with Fancy Tech.
Thanks to Fancy's team hard working, the mold 800ml IML tub can be delivered this week.
The total production time is only 55days from Order.

New item 5L IML tub mold is latest finished TF trial and can run with cycle time 5s on high speed machine at cycle time 10s. Customer is glad to take it and will set up installation on the Aburg injection molding machine.
