Fancy Tech shipped 2cavity bottle crate mould in 2025, nowadays, we send engineer to customer plant to do maintenance and mold investigation. Customer had great feedback in South Africa Plant.
Mold is running on Krossmaffei 1000T high speed injection machine. It is running cycle time of 35s with chiller and very smooth and high performance. Customer gave FancyTech great awards and will have more and more cooperation in 2026.
2cavity bottle crate mould is the biggest advantage molds we are speciallized. We produce 10sets every year for the high speed bottle crate mould at cycle time 35s applied with CUBE inserts. Crate weight is 1.5kg.
