New mold IML 5L mold is finishing final trial in Fancy ' s Factory high speed IML molding machine.
The cycle time can reach 10s without IML. 12s with IML molding finish.
Mold is made of YUDO valve gate system, product weight 126g.
Customer is happy to see the mold running and is placing more order with Fancy Tech.
Thanks to Fancy's team hard working, the mold 8L bucket projects with 6 sets high quality finish can be delivered this week.
The total production time is only 55days from Order.
